These terms cover your use of this website and the enquiry and booking forms on it. They are not the contract for construction or remodelling work — that is a separate written agreement signed before any work begins.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to request a consultation. Please do not misuse it — that means no attempting to break into it, no scraping it, no submitting other people’s details as your own, and no submitting information you know to be false.

Requesting a consultation

Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a contract. It does not oblige us to take on your project and it does not oblige you to buy anything. We may decline a request — for example if the property is outside the counties we serve, or if you are not the owner of the property.

Quotes, prices and timelines

Any price, range, timeline or offer shown on this site is indicative and is not a quote. A quote is the written figure we give you after we have seen the property. Prices and offers on this site can change without notice. Where a promotional credit or offer is mentioned, its written terms govern — ask us for those terms before relying on it.

Financing

Financing, where available, is provided by third-party lenders on their own terms, subject to their approval. Purple Heart Pools does not lend and does not decide whether you qualify.

Appointments

If you book a consultation, please tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel it. We may need to reschedule for weather, access or availability reasons.

Text messaging

Purple Heart Pools Inc. sends text messages from (904) 720-4545 to people who enter their phone number and select the applicable SMS consent box on our consultation forms. Non-marketing messages concern your pool consultation, requested estimate follow-up and appointment confirmations or reminders. Marketing messages, including special offers and updates, are sent only when you separately opt in to marketing texts.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or booking a consultation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also call (904) 474-3858 for customer support. After opting out, you may receive one message confirming your request.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and SMS consent.

Our content

The text, images and design on this site belong to Purple Heart Pools Inc. or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

No warranty for the site itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. Nothing here limits any warranty in a signed construction or service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Purple Heart Pools Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect your rights under any signed agreement with us, and does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Duval County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
