What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, email address, phone number and property address.
• Your answers to our qualifying questions — whether you own the property, which county it is in, your budget range, project timing and similar details you enter into a form on this site.
• Appointment details — the date and time you book, and any notes you add.
• Technical and advertising data — your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the advertising identifiers described under Cookies and advertising below.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details, or card numbers through this site.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To book, confirm and remind you about your consultation.
• To work out whether we can serve your property before we send someone to it.
• To measure which advertising brought you here, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not work.

Text messages and calls

When you give us your phone number and tick the consent box, you agree that Purple Heart Pools may contact you by text message and phone about your enquiry and your appointment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technology to keep the site working and to measure advertising. That includes the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, which tells us that someone who saw one of our ads later visited this site or submitted a form. We also pass those events to Meta from our own server so the measurement is accurate. Meta processes that data under its own terms. You can control cookies through your browser settings and control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.

Who else sees your information

We share your information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only so far as they need it:

• Our customer relationship and scheduling platform, which stores your record and sends your confirmations.
• Our text message and email providers.
• Meta, for advertising measurement, as described above.
• Third-party finance providers, but only if you ask us about financing. Purple Heart Pools does not lend directly.

We do not sell your personal information. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have a business reason to, and for as long as tax and contract law requires us to. If you ask us to delete your record and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Your choices

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so on this page.
